Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 20 oz Can chunk pineapple

1 pkg Vanilla tapioca pudding(not instant)

1/2 cup Halved maraschino cherries (drained)

1 11 oz Cans mandarin oranges (drained

2 Sliced bananas

Orange juice

Preparation

Drain juice from fruit saving the pineapple juice. Add orange juice (real, not from mandarin oranges) to pineapple juice to make 2 cups of liquid. Prepare tapioca pudding mix according to directions on the box using the 2 cups of fruit juice instead of milk. When pudding cools, add pineapples & oranges. Refrigerate. Add bananas & cherries just before serving. May be topped with Cool Whip.
