| 6 | Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed |
| 1 | Large can pineapple and juice |
| 1 | Small green pepper chopped |
| 1/3 c. | Ketchup |
| 1/4 c. | Brown sugar |
| 1/4 c. | Margarine or butter |
| 1/4 c. | Apple cider vinegar |
| 2 t | Cornstarch |
| 1/2 tsp. | Ginger |
| 2 tsp. | Honey |
| 1 tsp. | Salt |
| 1 tsp. | Chili powder |
| 1 tsp. | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 tsp. | Worchestershire sauce |
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Add Chicken. Cook on high 4hr.s or on low 8hr.s
*Serve over Brown Rice (or fried rice)
