Broiled Salmon Steaks with parsley butter sauce

Contributed By: wahmmy
Cooking Down East

This is restaurant-quality and you really can't get easier than this!!

Ingredients

4 To 6 salmon steaks
 Salt
 Pepper
 Parsley Butter Sauce
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Minced parsley
 Few grains pepper
1 tsp. Lemon juice
¼ tsp. Salt

Preparation

Wipe fish with a damp cloth; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish on greased broiler rack about 4 inches from heat; broil until fish is delicately browned. Turn carefully on other side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish hot with parsley butter sauce.

Parsley Butter Sauce:

Cream butter with parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Spread the sauce over the cooked fish while hot.

Cook's Notes

(Note: I just bake in oven on oiled cookie sheet at about 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes turning over once halfway through (till flakes easily with fork. I usually bake from frozen state because I get them from Schwan’s and you bake from frozen with theirs.)
