A quick and easy dinner idea, fun for the whole family.

Ingredients

8 Rhodes Texas rolls, thawed but still cold

1/2 cup Diced ham

1 2 1/4-oz Can sliced olives

1/2 cup Chopped mushrooms

1/4 c Chopped green peppers

1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Flatten each roll into an 8-inch circle. Combine ham, olives, mushrooms, green peppers and cheese. Place 1/4 cup ham mixture on each circle. Fold dough over (like a turnover) and seal edges with a fork. Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. Dip in heated pizza sauce, if desired.

The possibilities are endless with this recipe. At our house we rarely have two people that like the same thing, this dinner idea solves that problem.

I love the idea of this recipe. I am a single mother of 2 young boys (ages 1 and 3) and I can shrink this recipe to feed 3! Also it's always tough to please everyone, they'll love this because I can fill them with what they'll like! I can't wait to make them!
