| 1 pint | Heavy cream |
| 1/2 cup | Butter |
| 2 | TABS. cream cheese |
| 3/4 cup | Freshly grated |
| | Parmesan cheese |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic powder |
| | Salt & pepper { to taste} |
**In saucepan,
COMBINE heavy cream, butter, &
cream cheese.
SIMMER till all melted & mixed well.
ADD parmesan cheese & garlic.
SIMMER 15-20 minutes on LOW.
SEASON with salt & pepper.
SERVE over pasta or veggies. ENJOY!
