For sauce, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire sauce & honey. Mix well. Set aside 1/2 cup of sauce.
Stir pineapple into reserved sauce and set aside.
Preheat broiler. Roll chicken in sauce to coat. Arrange chicken on pan. Broil for 10 minutes.
Turn chicken, baste with extra sauce. Broil for 5 minutes. Top chicken with pineapple mixture. Broil for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, serve.
Serve over white rice or with steamed vegetables.
