Chicken salad

Very nutritous and is great!

Ingredients

1 Whole chicken

2-3 Fuji or gala apples

2 stalks Celery

1 bunch Green onions, optional

1 cup Pecans

1 cup Mayonnaise

Salt

Pepper

Celery salt

Preparation

Wash chicken. Cover with water and boil until meat comes off bone. Remove and debone chicken and cool. peel and core apples. Wash celery and onions. In food processor, chop apples, ceoery, and onions. Add chicken to processor and chop until fine. place chopped mixture into bowland add pecans and mayonnaise. Throrouly nex and season to taste with salt, pepper and celery salt.
