Shrimp and Rice

Tasts WONDURFUL! If you love shrimp of course.

Ingredients

3/4 c. Margarine

1 Bell peper

1 Onion, chopped

1 can Chiken soup

1 can French onion soup

1 can Ro-tel tomatoes

2 c. Rice, raw

3 c. Shrimp

Preparation

Saute bell peper and onions in margarine. Add soups and tomatoes. Place mixture in 9 by 13-inch pan.Str rice and shrimp. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 30 min. Stir, cover, and cook an additional 30 minutes.
