| 1.5lbs | Ground turkey |
| 2tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | Ginger |
| 3 | Minced shallots (any onion works) |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Cayenne pepper |
| 1/4 cup | Mayo |
| 1tbsp | Cilantro |
| | Juice of lime (I use about 1tbsp bottled lemon) |
Combine first 6 ingredients
Form into patties (6-8) and place in baking dish
Cook on 400 until done, which will depend on the size of burgers
For dressing, combine last 3 ingredients and chill while burgers cook
