Ingredients

1 cup Whole almonds
1 cup Pecan halves
1/3 cup Oats
Cooking spray
2 tbs Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Crasins
1 Large packed dried apricots

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Place nuts and oats in bowl and spray evenly with cooking spray (about 3 shots). Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey and add cinnamon, stirring occassionally. Once they've cooled, stir in the second tablespoon of honey and mix in the dried fruit. Divide into 1/4 cup servings and place each into a zip top bag.

I would say you can cook it on a cookie sheet for 10-20 mins. Just watch it to make sure it doesn't burn, because of the honey, and mix it around to let it crisp evenly.

How long do I cook this for? Do I place on a cookie sheet, or just place the bowl in the oven. I would like to try this, but with my lack of cooking skills I need more directions.
