Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. SHREDDED GREEN CABBAGE

1 t. SALT

2/3 c. SUGAR

1 c. WHIPPING CREAM (UNWHIPPED)

1/3 c. CIDER VINEGAR

Preparation

PLACE SHREDDED CABBAGE IN COVERED CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATOR FOR SEVERAL HOURS. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING AND POUR OVER CABBAGE. CHILL AND SERVE.

A WONDERFUL SALAD TO SERVE WITH BARBECUE, BAKED BEANS AND FRUIT COBBLER FOR DESSERT.
