A WONDERFUL RECIPE FOR TABOULI, ARRIVED AT BY CAREFUL COMPARISON!

Ingredients

2 t. SALT

1/2 c. VEGETABLE OIL

1/2 c. LEMON JUICE

3-4 RIPE TOMATOES

1 bunch PARSLEY

1 CUCUMBER

1 GREEN PEPPER

1 bunch GREEN ONIONS

Preparation

DISSOLVE SALT IN 2 C. WATER AND ADD VEGETABLE OIL AND LEMON JUICE.

IN SEVERAL SEPARATE BOWLS, CHOPP TOMATOES, ALL OR MEARLY ALL OF 1 BUNCH OF PARSLEY, MOST OF A CUCUMBER , GREEN PEPPER AND THE GREEN ONIONS.

USE 1 (16 OZ.) PKG. TABOULI WHEAT. ADD UNRINSED WHEAT TO WATER, OIL AND LEMON JUICE MIXTURE. FOLD IN VEGETABLES UNTIL IT IS RED WITH TOMATOES AND GREEN WITH OTHERS. ONION CAN BE REDUCED, BUT PARSLEY IS IMPORTANT. REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS.
