4 Fruit Salad

This works with a lot of different fruits. Just Use what is in your fridge

Ingredients

3/4 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced

3/4 cup Green grapes, halved

1/3 cup Small cantaloupe, cut into chunks

1/3 cup Medium firm banana, sliced

2 tablespoons And 1/2 teaspoon orange juice

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine the fruit (Leave out bananas until right before serving). Pour juice over fruit and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

2. Add bananas, if using, Stir just before serving.

It was a really good fruit salad but I would suggest eating it right after you make it, or not putting in the strawberries because they do soften and turn mushy about 20 minutes after sitting.

To eat in the morning on the run, except take off the juice if you are eating right away after you make it.
