1. CRACK eggs into microwaveable bowl. ADD splash of milk and salt and pepper.
2. WHISK.
3. MICROWAVE 1-2 minutes. WATCH closely. WAIT 10 seconds. Pull out carefully. FLUFF with fork.
4. SPRINKLE cheese on tortillas, warm in MICROWAVE 10-20 seconds.
5. PLACE eggs on tortillas. PLUNK on some salsa.
6. ROLL.
