Quick Jambalaya

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Hot Italian sausage, chopped

1 Medium onion, chopped

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 tbsp. Oil

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 can (14 fl oz /398 mL) chili-style stewed tomatoes, undrained

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 can (10 fl oz /296 mL) chicken broth

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1/2 cup KRAFT BarBQ Sauce

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 Medium green pepper, chopped

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 cup Frozen cooked shrimp, thawed

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1-1/2 cups Instant white rice, uncooked

Preparation

COOK sausage and onion in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil; cover.

REMOVE from heat; let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
