Quick Summer Salad
3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
3 cups Cherry Tomatoes
1 Tbls of Itilaian Herbs
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Balsimic Vinger
1 tsp Lime juice
Cut mozzarella cheesde ball into cubes, slice cherry tomatoe's in half and toss with herbs, oil and vinger. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and refridgerate for one hour. Add salt and pepper, toss and serve.
