"Gail's recipe for a mother's nutritious love"

Ingredients

1 lb Stew beef

1 Onion

2 Celery stalks

2 Carrots

1 14 oz Can diced tomatoes

3 14 oz Beef or chicken broth

4 Potatoes

Handfull of green beans

1 bag Frozen corn

1 Zuccini

Preparation

1. Season beef chunks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano leaves - let sit. You can use stew beef chunks already cut up in the meat section or buy beef chuck and cut into chunks removing fat..1st is easier, 2nd cheaper and a little more work.

2. Sautee chopped onions, celery, and carrots in large stew pot.

3. Add diced tomatoes and beef or chicken broth.

4. Add other vegetables (zuccini later)

5. Put beef chunks in large ziploc bag. Add flour and shake to cover

6. Seer (cook fast on medium high heat) with some oil until dark brown. Add to stew pot.

7. Simmer the longer the better, stirring frequently. Dont let liquid evaporate. Add more broth as needed.

8.Enjoy with rice or bread and a salad - quite nutritious!
