Crockpot Chicken Curry

Healthier version (low point for WW folks) of curry chicken - easy easy crockpot recipe

Ingredients

4 Boneless, skinless chkn breasts

1 15 oz Can fat free, low sodium chicken broth

2 tablespoons Yellow curry powder

2 tablespoons Minced garlic

1 Yellow onion, chopped

2 tablespoons Corn starch

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT corn starch in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.

After 6 hours, add corn starch & stir to thicken sauce. Cook on high for 1 hour.

Each breast is worth 4-5 points depending on size. I usually serve with basmati rice (add points accordingly).
