To make ahead: Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Combine chicken, melted butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a gallon freezer bag to make a marinade. Combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a second quart-sized freezer bag. Tape the two bags together. Label and freeze.
To serve: Thaw and remove chicken from marinade. Shake the chicken pieces in the bread crumb bag to coat, a few at a time. Preheat oven to 450. Arrange chicken on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
