| 1 can | Salmon |
| 1/2 cup | Mayo |
| 1 tbsp | Chopped onion |
| 1 cup | Panko bread crumbs (more if needed) |
| 2 tbsp | Dried parsley (optional) |
| 1 | Egg (optional) |
| 1/2 cup | Mayo |
| 1 tsp | White wine vinegar |
| 1/4 tsp | Old Bay seasoning |
Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Shape into patties. Bake at 425 degrees on greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Can be made early in the day & refrigerated or frozen.
Mix last 3 ingredients for dipping sauce.
