1 lb. Elbow macaroni
14 ounces Process cheese spread
10 ounces Extra sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
1/2 cup Unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 cups Skim milk
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water 4 minutes. (About half cooked). Drain. Layer all ingredients in a slow cooker on high heat. Cook 2 hours and stir. Cook another 2-3 hours, stirring halfway through.
