Mornings a rush? Fix this the night before!
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Millet
1/2 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cup Rice meal or rice flour
1/2 cup Diced dates, dried bananas, or chopped dried apples
2 1/2 cups Water, soymilk, milk or combination
Throw all ingredients in a greased crock pot and cook on low overnight.
To substitute fresh/frozen fruits or berries, add when you first get up and they'll cook well enough by breakfast time!
To Make Ahead, mix all ingredients except water in an air-tight container and measure out 1 part mix to 1 part liquid.
