Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce

A slow cooker version

Ingredients

2 lbs Pork roast (any cut)

2 cups Ketchup

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 cup Water

1 Small yellow onion, finely chopped

5 Garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Chili powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

1. Put pork roast in the slow cooker.

2. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

3. Pour the sauce over the roast.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours, until the meat falls apart.

5. Remove the pork from the cooker and let cool slightly.

6. Remove and discard any bones.

7. Pull meat into shreds using your fingers or two forks.

8. Return the meat to the cooker; stir into the sauce.

9. Serve on crusty buns.
