Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Chicken broth

2 tablespoons Rice wine

1 tablespoon Sesame oil

1/2 t. Salt

1/4 t. Pepper

2 tablespoons Oil

2 Eggs lightly beaten

2 c. Chopped green onions

1 tablespoon Fresh ginger

5 c. Rice chilled

1 pound Shrimp cooked

10 oz. Frozen peas thawed

Preparation

Combine 1st 6 ingred. set aside

Heat oil.

Cook eggs

Add onions and ginger

Add rice, shrimp, and peas

Add broth mixture

Toss
