Czech Spinach

I hate cooked spinach. However, this is very good. This recipe was designed to be very tasty and easily digestible. There is a reason for every ingredient in this recipe.

Ingredients

1 lb. Fresh baby spinach (cut off stems)

1/2 cup Boiling water

Garlic to taste

Chicken or beef boullion

1 Egg yolk

Preparation

Add spinach to boiling water for 1/2 minute, just til spinach is soft (a gentle wilt). In a food processor: Add steamed spinach with water, chicken or beef boullion for the amount of water used and one egg yolk.

In a sauce pan, use equal amounts of butter and flour for thickening. One spoonfull of milk, water as needed. Put all together, stir and eat.

Cook's Notes

This is just a sample. Depending on how much spinach used you can alter the water and of course garlic to taste. Not too much boullion or it will be too salty. I like the vegetarian ones that are flavored but not necessarily real meat.
