Baked Bacaroni and Cheese that Tyler Loves

Ingredients

1 (14 oz) package Elbow macaroni

1 (15 oz) can Evaporated milk

1 Egg

1 (8 oz) package Light sour cream

1 teaspoon Seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

8 ounces Velveta cheese cut into 1 inch cubes

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray large bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a bowl mix milk, egg, sour cream, seasoning salt and pepper.

3. Cook pasta according to directions on box until al dente; drain and return to pot. Mix in Cheddar and Velveeta and stir until partially melted.

4. Layer macaroni mixture and milk mixture until pan is full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

5. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cook 5 more minutes.
