Boil speghetti noodles
Coat bottom of small glass baking dish with 1 Tbs olive old. Place salmon fillet in dish skin side down.
Cover salmon with 1/2 drited pesto packet
Bake about 20 minutes at 350 F
Drain noodles and mix in remaining 2 Tbs olive oil very well. Add remainin pesto packet and again mix very well to evenly coat noodles.
Serve salmon (without skin) over noodles with sprinkles parmesan
