Italian Parmesan Tuna and Noodles

Quick and simple yet tasty meal.

Ingredients

10 oz Egg noodles

1 can Tuna

8 oz Broccoli

3 tbs Italian Dressing

3 tsp Fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Boil noodles (for extra flavor drain the can of tuna into the pot). Heat broccoli in microwave on high for about 4 min. When noodles are tender, drain and put in dish. Add broccoli, tuna, dressing and cheese and mix thoroughly. Heat mixture for about 1-1/2 min and serve.

Cook's Notes

Canned chicken can be substituted for the tuna. For vegetarian meals, substitute about 4 oz of shredded mozzarella or cheddar.
