Shred Cheese. Drain half of juice off of green chilles. Place 1/2 green chile in bottom of caserole dish. layer 1/2 cheese, 1/2 browned ground beef. Layer again. In separate bowl, mix flour, egg and milg until smooth. Pour over caserole. Heat in oven, 350 degrees until thinck & bubly. enjoy as dip with tortilla chils, or in taco shells.
