Ingredients

4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can Crushed pineapple (8 ounces)

1 bottle Barbecue sauce (16 ounces)

4 to 6 cups Rice, cooked

Preparation

Place meat in greased slow cooker. Combine pineapple and barbecue sauce and pour over meat. Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.

Serve with broccoli.
