Ingredients
6 Pork chops, thick cut with pocket cut into side for stuffing
.5 oz Feta cheese
1 pkg Real bacon pieces
1 Apple, chopped
1 pkg Green onion, chopped
2 tbs Sour cream
1 pkg Pork seasoning
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together the feta cheese, bacon, green onion, apple, and sour cream.
Dip in egg wash
Dip into bread crumbs.
Place on foil lined baking sheet
Stuff with cheese mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven
Then change temperture to 375 and bake for 45 minutes longer
