Cook Chicken,Sausage,mushrooms and scallions in a skillet with white wine, salt and pepper. Drain and set aside juice.
Grate Gouda cheese.
In a saucepan place butter and flour, heat to medium and mix. add meat juices and milk and heat to boiling. Add cream and heat again. When mixture is hot slowly stir in cheese. When cheese is melted slowly add and stir in paprika and nutmeg. When stirred together add to meat mixture and fold together.
Serve hot over Fetuccini noodles
