Pork Chop with Red Pepper

Ingredients

1 lb Pork chop, cut into bite sized pieces (works well with boneless pork loin)

1 cup Red pepper

1 cup Onions

1 tsp Soy sauce

Pepper

Salt

Oregano

Thyme

4 Servings of rice or pita bread

Preparation

Pan fry pork until half done. Add onions and red pepper and fry till fragrant. Add seasoning. Simmer, covered for 10 - 15 minutes.

Serve with rice or pita bread
