2 cups Rice
1 can Whole coconut milk (2 cups)
1 tsp Pandan essence
1 tsp Salt
1 1/3 cup Water
Stove top method:
Boil rice with water and coconut milk. Add pandan essence and salt. Simmer till rice is cooked.
