2 lbs Pork chop (cut into small bite sized pieces)
2 Red bell peppers (diced or sliced)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Large onion
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
Pepper
Salt
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Cook red bell peppers in olive oil. Add pork chop and onion. Season with oregano, thyme, pepper, salt and soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Serve with rice.
