Ingredients
2 Pcs chicken breast (diced)
2 Red bell peppers (diced)
1 Large onion (diced)
Olive oil
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Chicken stock
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Dash of cooking wine
Pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
Preparation
Prepare sauce by mixing cornstarch, chicken stock, oyster sauce, wine, pepper and sugar.
Fry onion in olive oil till fragrant. Add red bell peppers and chicken. Fry for about 10 minutes. Add sauce and mix well. Serve.
