| 1 cup | Chicken broth |
| 2t | Sugar |
| 1/2 to 1 cup | Loose sliced mushrooms |
| 1/2 pkg | Frozen green peas, thawed |
| 2 | Green onions, chopped |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten |
| | Enought white rice for 4 |
marinate chicken pieces in soy sauce
heat chicken broth, sugar to boiling and add chicken and soy sauce
cook for 3 to 5 minutes
add mushrooms, peas, and onions
cook 2 minutes more
add eggs to mixture
cook 3 minutes more
spoon over hot rice in a bowl and serve
