3/4 cup Non-fat yogurt\
1/2 Cu crumbled feta cheese
1 / cu scallions
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
2 Large peaches
3/4 cup Prociutto julienned
Dash salt
Dash pepper
In a bowl combine yogurt, feta, scallions and parsley. Mix well. Add preaches and prosciutto, toss to coat season to taste
Divide arugual among six plates. Top peach yogurt mixture and serve.
