Coleslaw Salad

Excellent compliment to pork chops.

Ingredients

1 pkg Shredded coleslaw

1 bunch Green onions - sliced

1 pkg Romain noodles

1 small pkg Sliced almonds

2 tbs Butter

1 small pkg Sunflower seeds

1/3 cup Vegetable oil

1/4 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Sugar

4 tsp Soy sauce

Preparation

Sautee noodles, almonds and butter until brown. Set aside to cool. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce over heat until sugar dissolved. Remove from heat. Mix all ingredients.

Easy to double.
