Ingredients

2 8.5 oz. Packages corn muffin mix
1 8 oz. Can cream style corn
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup Plain nonfat yogurt, or sour cream
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup Milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir just until moistened. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.

this recipe makes yummy, melt-in-your mouth, moist cornbread. My kids love to make it and eat it!
