| 4 | Salmon fillets, 6 oz each |
| 1 tsp | Coriander |
| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| 1/4 tsp | Chili powder |
| 1/4 tsp | Cumin |
| 2 tsp | Lime juice |
| 4 | Lime wedges |
1. Combine coriander, sugar, chili powder, cumin, and lime juice; spread over salmon.
2. Grill skin side down over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Don't turn it over! Meat will cook from the bottom up and flake easily with a fork when tested.
3. Serve with lime.
We enjoy this meal with a pasta & vegetable toss, either hot or cold.
