Adult Grilled Cheese Sandwhiches

Better than boring grilled cheese. These make an easy yet interesting lunch.

Ingredients

4 slices Bread
 Butter or margarine
1/2 cup Shredded Mozarella cheese
10 slices Pepperoni (optional)
 Season Salt or another of your favorite blended spices.

Preparation

Heat a non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Butter one side of each of the 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle the buttered side with season salt, and place 2 slices of the bread, buttered side down onto hot skillet.

Arrange 5 slices of pepperoni on each slice of bread in the skillet. Put 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese onto each of the two slices, then top with the remaining slices of bread to make two sandwhiches. Sprinkle the top of each sandwhich with season salt.

Cook until first side is golden brown, then flip the sandwiches and cook the 2nd sides.

Cook's Notes

These are great with tomato soup. Or dip them in marinara sauce!
