Greek Feta Salad

This is a delicious pasta salad with easy-to-find ingrediants. The recipe makes a lot; perfect for large family gatherings or potlucks.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Med. shell pasta

2 cups Chopped celery

1 1/2 cups Sliced black olives

1 lb. Crumbled Feta cheese

1 cup Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing:

2 cups Light miracle whip

2 cups Zesty Italian dressing

2 tbsp. Oregano

1 tbsp. Black pepper

Chopped fresh tomatoes

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and chill. Blend remaining salad ingrediants, then add pasta.

Dressing: Mix all ingrediants and chill.

Before serving mix pasta salad with dressing; Top with chopped tomatoes (optional)

Cook's Notes

This recipe can be altered to your liking by omiting the celery or subsituting your favorite Greek seasoning for the Oregano. You can also use processed canned Parmesan in a pinch.
