Lunch Salad

Ingredients

2 15 ounce Cans kidney beans

1 Small red onion, chopped

6 stalks Celery, chopped

1 Green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup Baby corn, 1 inch peices

1 cup Roasted bell peppers, sliced

1 15 ounce Can of Hearts of Palm, sliced

1 15 ounce Can of Artichoke hearts, halved

1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon Jalapeno, finely chopped

1 Tomato large, chopped

1 bottle Fat free south of the border salad dressing
