Ingredients
2 cups Flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamin
3 Pkt sugar substitute
1 Egg, slightly beaten
3tbsp Canola oil
1/2 cup Fat-free milk
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Raisins
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400
soak raisins in very hot water for 15 minutes, drain
combine dry ingredients thouroughly
Beat egg, add oil, milk & apple sauce
Add wet to dry until moistened
Stir in raisins
Spray muffin tin
Fill cups 2/3 full
Bake 25 minutes
Remove from tin immediately
Makes 12 muffins
