Preheat oven to 375
Season chops with salt & pepper & let come to room temp (20 min)
Toss sliced strawberries with basil & vingar and let stand for 15-20 min.
Heat oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add evoo and sear meat, 2-3 minutes each side.
Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 10-12 minutes, until juices run clear.
Let rest 5 minutes
Top with macerated berries
