Crockpot Chicken Lasagne Florentine

Ingredients

1 10 oz. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 9 oz. Frozen diced cooked chicken (or 3 boiled chicken breasts)

2 cans Cream of chicken soup, undiluted

8 oz. Light sour cream

1 cup Grated/shredded Parmesan

1 cup Milk

1/3 cup Chopped onion

1/3 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

9 Lasagne noodles, uncooked

3 cups Shredded Mozarella cheese

Preparation

Press spinach between paper towels to remove moisture. Combine spinach with next 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Place 2 or 3 noodles in bottom of crockpot, breaking to ift, Spread 1/3 of chicken mixture over noodles. Sprinke with 1 cup Mozarella. Repeat 2 more times, ending with Mozarella. Cover, cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce to low and cook 5 more hours.
