Tropical Tuna Sandwich

New twist on tuna salad

Ingredients

1 can Tuna, water packed & drained

2 tbsp Miracle Whip Free

1tbsp Crushed pineapple, drained

1tsp Yellow mustard

1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon

1 Egg, hardboiled & diced

4 slices Whole wheat bread

1 stalk Celery, chopped (optional)

2 tbsp Sweet pickle relish (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except bread in a medium bowl and mix well.

Spread tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread and top with other 2 slices.

Coat a skillet with Pam and cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Sandwiches should be warm and lightly browned.

Cook's Notes

Tuna salad can be stored for about 3 days.
