Baked Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients

3/4 cup Part-skim ricotta cheese

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons EVOO

Freshly ground pepper to taste

Fat-free cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the ricotta and salt and blend. Spoon into a small baking dish, sprayed with fat free spray. Drizzle the cheese with the EVOO and pepper. Bake until the cheese is browned and bubbles around the edges of the dish, abot 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for abot 10 minutes before serving.
