| 1/2 c. | Green onions, tops and all, coarsely chopped |
| 1/4 c | Parsley, no heavy stems, coarsely chopped |
| 1/4 c | Cucumber, finely chopped |
| 1 t. | Capers |
| 1 t. | Sea salt |
| 1/4 t. | Pepper |
| 1/4 | Mrs. Dash |
| | Juice of 1/2 to 1 freshly squeezed lemon |
| 1 | Pt. plain yogurt |
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a bowl and toss to blend. Put mixture in the food processer on "chop". Stir mixture into yogurt. Chill.
